First time mudding in my truck...
yes must say th400 is the shit . . . but got to get the right adapter and t-case to go to it though cuz one behind a th350 won't work . . . . broke 2 th350's and now have a th400 and going strong . . holding up pretty well to my big block
this is my current prob though

damn flexplates are over rated anyhow

sweet thanks. its all up to a toyota t-case.
hmmm wounder if there is some kinda spline adapter or what . . . the th350 has a 4 bolt tailshaft and a 27 spline output shaft while the th400 is a 6 bolt circluar tailshaft bolt pattern with a 32 spline output . . . they may make and adapter to a yota t-case but not sure . . what side drop is the yota case?
that means technically you could run a chevy t-case to . . don't know how that would effect your driveshaft lengths and crossmember though . . not sure how bullit poof the yota t-cases are . . . but could ended up with a th400 with a np203 . . but the 203 is pretty heavy . . . 197 pounds with no fluid I believe . .. or th400 or np205 which sould be an awsome combo but again the np205 is cast iron and heavy . . . I believe in the mid - late 80's they put the th400 infront of the np208 but not sure why cuz it's an alluminum t-case and not the strongest but however did run em in the military hummers and stuff . . .
