Default correct or adjust timing on 7.3l diesel

Is there anyone on here that could check and adjust the timing on my ford f350 7.3l diesel

i think it is the timing because i replaced the flywheel and the rear main seal
and in the manual it says not to let the flywwheel rotate backwards and it slipped and it turned and now everything feels like its off.

let me know if this is something you can do or recommend someone to me

thanks

that inj. pump is gear driven. there is no way it will get a tooth off, nor will it run a tooth off.
