Default chevy question

i have a 2000 chevy silverado ext cab short bed (newer body style ). im looking to buy these 33x12.5x15 tires and rims off this guy . what would i need to do to put them on without rubbing . i have a stock suspension. will i need a suspension kit and if so how much . im mainly worried about the front end . i know i can block the back or add more leaf springs. it is 2wd so im not looking to take it in the mud . maybe on the beach if any . just wanted a more rugged look than the stock rims and tires .i know i can crank the torsion bars but will it be enough for these tires and rims .

I have an 05 and I cant fit any wheels smaller than 16's maybe even 17's because they wont clear my factory front rotors. I can imagine you might have the same problem?

Yep. Im not sure but 16's may even be too small? Even the work truck silverados come with 17 inch steel wheels, so that might be the smallest you can go.

thanks for the feed back. didnt think abut the 15 in rims clearing the rotors. if im not mistaken the 2000 model comes with 16 in rims stock butill doudle check later . as far as the putting 33 under it i should be fine on the stock ride hieght for clearence without rubbing but i just need to find a 16in or bigger rim to clear the rotors and then i should be fine .

please correct me if this is wrong above .

I would be very suprised if you fit 33's with the stock ride hight. I have 35s on my truck thats lifted 6 inches, and they still rub somtimes. They make torsion key leveling kits for I think around $200? You would be fine to clear 33's with that.
