this is my opinion:
It doesn't matter if you're going 10 over or 100 over. if someone is gaining on you (or already on your tail) and you're in the left lane, you move over. that's the rules of the road.

I come up to the intersection of Baron Cameron AVE and Rt 7 (the one with a SUNOCO station), and I'm going to make a right turn onto Springvale. THE BITCH F*CKING FLICKS ME OFF! WHAT THE HELL DID I DO TO HER!
I called 911. Yes, I know I took it too far by calling the emergency hot line, but I did it, so shut up. I told them she was recklessly driving and almost killed me three times. They say thank you for taking time to report it, we hang up.
I called 911 when I got home. I know, I know. You all must either be saying "GOOD JOB!" or "WTF?" I just want to make my point that if you f*ck with me, I will do nothing...except call the cops. I might make a stop by the local police station on Wednesday. Who knows...

i can understand people blowing up because he called 911...i mean, people swerving in and out of lanes, cutting you off, braking hard right in front of you after they cut you off...
thats exactly how i like other cars around me to drive.
in fact, the dmv should offer a free class on how to do these maneuvers correctly...and by correctly, i mean by killing the most minorities in the process.
ok ok, in all seriousness, lighten up. if my car might get fucked up, or if i or someone i care about could get hurt by it, its probably not considered a "waste"
me, i woudlnt have called simply because i've dealt with the police many times, and they're just not the drug-abusing party animals they're cracked up to be.
