It's an 8 hour class where you sit and learn about being a better defensive driver. And not defensive by throwing stuff at the other driver because of anger.

I'm pretty defensive in the truck lol... its all good. Doesn't like tracks like vir ... when you do a weekend with them to learn to drive give you pos points also ?

Reckless is at the officer's discretion, not necessarily at 20+ over.
The 79 indicates he was trying to give you a break.
Pre-pay unless it's your cherry, then just go and ask for driver's improvement class.
