well i called the Cops and this is what they said

Me : Hi yes there has been a car that keeps goin up and down my streets the past few nights and it keeps stopping right infront of my house...and i think they might try to steal my car

FFX Nonemergency : Well sir there is nothing that we can do about this, if they attempt to steal your car plz do not try to interfere and to call the police immediately and write down their tag numbers. Also if u would like we will have an officer to drive by sometime tonight...

Me : So i am to do nothin, and let them drive off with my property..

FFX Nonemergency : Yessir we ask that you do not do anything to interfere that may endanger urself.

Me : aight thankyou for ur time..
