So i was leaving my house around 7pm tonight and spotted this teal 93-95 Honda Civic CX Hatchback w/ 18in. silver 7 to 9 spoke wheels i think. It had after market fog lights in near the middle of the the grill (not the optional oem ones) 2 guys were sitting inside (looked Hispanic, from what i could see) MD Tags: 5CN-R99 Keep a look out, when i was coming back i spotted it and started following it and it took me for a 10 mile loop pretty much. so i'm convinced it was car thieves. Keep your cars safe guys mine is not gonna be out for a while....

btw. i called loudoun county sheriffs office gave them the vehicle description and tag number and called back after i followed it around and told them where they were going.

 

ok...what in them made them look Hispanic?? they were too dark to be white and to light to be black ?? so they fit the description huh??

they just looked darker then white people and not as dark as african americans lol god.....
