okay so i havent had a speeding ticket in 14 months and some change....and i just got a speeding ticket...wuts the chance of me going to court and having it reduced? it was 19 over...u think the judge will reduce it?

 

hmm well it all depends on the judge i had a ticket of 70+ in a 55 first ticket and i got 6 months sus and $500 in fines dick head judge and cop........so it all depends on his mood for the day......good luck

 

yep depends on the judge and location. I mean if it was on the highway with very light traffic, they might reduce it. If it was 19 over in a 40mph zone, they might create a new asshole for you to poop out of.

Damn, didn't think about that. yeah, you'd better pray you got a decent judge in a good mood. VA isn't lenient when it comes to speeding tickets.

 

also what type of car where you in and did you get any other ticket bs ones like exhuast sus. ect cause they will look at the type of car i got hit hard on mine cause i was in a crx with a 4 point roll cage 5 point hardess racing seats and ect and the judge took that in they are a%% holes also what county

 

Go to the tranny shop next to Noyan and ask them if they could right you a ticket saying that your cluster is off by 15 mph. Idk if they will do it, but I don't think one of them AAA tranny shops would. Ask the guy and give him some money under the table. Like I said Idk if they do that but it seems to be the only shot you got.

 

Yeah if you can get a shop to make an invoice saying they had to recalibrate your speedo, you may get out of a reckless.

 

yea wut they said ^^...dont feel badd i gotta go to court for my speeding ticket as well...i was doing 88 and yes i kno thats a wreckless and wut sucks is it was on 95 S in fairfax.....so i kno my license is gone/sus
