We have been established since 08/03. We do e-commerce and have been considering opening a shop. We do 10's of thousand a month in revenue as we have a good sized clientel nationwide and even supply parts over seas. and i havent "bashed" them. we have nothing personal against them, the only thing that bothers is that we had been operating under that name for months before they started, we just dont get why they would want to operate under the same name so no one is bashing anyone. so please dont pull a High School Drama stunt and try instigating some problem that isnt there.

We always follow up with ALL of our customers. ask anyone that has dealt with us. even the people here that may be complaingin about us on behalf of other people... ask them to be honest and ask how many follow up and courtesy calls we do. we are all about keeping everyone happy and being there for someone even after they have paid, unlike most other places. As PJ mentioned before i guess you cant keep everyone happy, it just sucks that a few people complain and masses of people jump on the bandwagon with out having ever dealt with us or even talked to us . kinda sucks but what can you do. all we can do is do the best we can and we feel we have been doing very well by our customers and we stand by our business practices 100%.

u know they didnt even know u were a "shop"...i told one of the kids and they thought i was kidding...i highly doubt they copied u..and if u personally have nothing agianst them whyd u try to sue them to get their name cahnged even tho they still explained that u guys are THE speed factor and they are just SPEED FACTOR

 

i'm not sayin they "copied" our name, when they found out someone else had been operating under that name why would you not change it in an industry where name recognition is everything. And again its nothing personal, i dont know eddy so i dont have an opinion on him. so again there is nothing personal, i wouldnt know him from bob on the street. the name change issue is a business matter not personal. i wouldnt turn down a beer with the guy which = nothin personal

Speed Factor is not here to bash The speed factor we just represent them we dont own Speed Factor, just simply stating what actually happened. That the speed factor is A JOKE! im not part of speed factor as an owner, worker, just one who goes to them. So dont associate us or any of these posts with Speed Factor. We are just telling you are experience. It is true though the real Speed Factor is in springfield. Martin saying that you called yes you did, but thats not enough. Calling only takes a few seconds, the work yall did on his car was a shame, disgrace to the import community, i rather go to pep boys to get my shit done then your shop. We would have been aight with yall if you just gave us a fuckin engine harness. My boy paid 4500 and yall couldnt even give him a fuckin engine harness!
