hahaha the speed factor that decided to start up under our name huh, couldnt come up with there own. im assuming you are the same guy that talked shit before when everytime i talked to Smitty he was cool as shit with us. tell people the truth, not fantasy world BS. We didnt do the install, we didnt receive any money for any install! the install was done by a company we used to do work with. no one employed or a part of the speed factor touched that car. and dont bother to mention that even with that being said we paid for over $500 that we bought from InLine Pro (thanks again stan for all your help) to help pay for shit that apparently had to be done in a civic to accomidate that motor to begin with. Oh and smitty told me you were even the guy that was there with him when you guy picked up the car and said everything was good and you guys said "nice install" so funny how the story changes.....

1. so to sum this one up. We didnt install that motor, it was another shop that was arranged outside from us. We were never paid for an install or did we ever touch the car. and we still hooked up smitty with parts we didnt have to give him. Ask smitty and he will tell you the same thing. Smitty was always a stand up guy.

2. Greddy Powered Eclipse? not a single part on my car is from Greddy.

anyway as we mentioned as was stated above by many, we back up and stand by our service and business. We invite anyone to deal with us peronsally and not be band wagon jumpers.

oh and i will say one thing you mentioned is true, we do not specialize in Honda and never have claimed to, you wont see a single honda part on our website. We stick to what we know and dont try to pretend other wise. We were tryin to help someone out.

 

oh damn i just noticed that was smitty that posted, long night!. Damn man thats a hell of a different attitude than i ever got from you. now smitty you were always level headed and cool so i dont see how you are going to come on hear and say we did a fucked up install or that we even installed it. You know shawn with auto connections installed it. Do the right thing on tell everyone the truth... did you even give us one penny for the install of your motor? Did you not thank me for paying for things like motor mounts, linkage and other parts for your car? We spoke months after you even got the car and you said everything was fine and you were having fun.... and even when you called me months later about it i even offered to help and tired finding a proper harness for you and even offered to help you with any other parts you needed..... like i said before when we last spoke, i can understand your frustration with Shawn from Auto Connection, but please dont take it out on us. you had my personal cell phone number, i drove back and forth tryin to do everything i could do to help you out and you even thanked me for doing all that and now this?

 

Funny how this world works. The 95+% of your customers are very satisfied and we hear no praise other than a thank you. Personally its fine with us. Customer satisfaction is what we are striving for. It just sucks when that 5% of your customers that have had unhappy experiences (whether our fault or not) let everyone and their mother know about "our wrong-doing". I guess that comes with all businesses. Its IMPOSSIBLE to have an "error-free" business. But believe what u want. We are stand up guys. We aren't out to steal people's money or cause problems. Oh well, at the end of it all, its your money and you choose where to spend it. Of course, we at TheSpeedFactor would love your business, but then again, its your money and your choice.

The fact that they actually called you to keep you updated shows that they at least care. There are so many places out there that the only way you find something out about your order is when you call and ask why its not here yet.
