although I'll let you know, I've got more in suspension. cause that's what makes my car fun. not breaking the trans in straight line crap.
i thought the stock wrx turbo was only good for up to 17 or 18? i could be wrong and are you still running the stock tmic or have you upgraded?

I've had the stock turbo up to 1.98 bar. but it won't stay there, nor does it flow verywell up there. Umm.. 17-18psi is where the fuel cut is. mines now at 20 somethin. stock top mount all the way. throttle response is unmatched. I just need a bigger scoope to keep the thing cool. I think once I upgrade the turbo I'll have to have a front mount... :-( but oh well. sacrifices must be made. esp if i turn into a dyno queen...

did you upgrade your fuel injectors or anything? 20+ psi for a stock wrx turbo is kinda pointless isnt it?

u have a JUN 2.2L ? i call BS, you can barely list ur mods without saying "im sure im forgetting stuff." Why would u get a JUN reflash? This isint japan. No one here uses a JUN reflash, its for the higher octane japanese gas which we dont have. Why are u on 20 psi from stock turbo, it just blows hot air at that level.
You living in an initial-D make believe world here ?

Your boosting 20 lbs on stock turbo?... BULLSHIT it blows hot air after 16. And especially with a stock top mount... Do you even know anything about your car?

extremely pointless. but honestly, it's louder and for some reason it spools faster for more down low power. so i run it like that. When I'm racing or just going fast, it bogs down. so i've got it set at 18 for an actual high rpm run.

fuel injectors are modified with a bigger pump.

and just because it's a stock turbo doesn't mean all the insides are. but no it doesn't just "blow hot air" at least not at first.
