Recovered and it still has a motor!!! pics up
well i got it back after having 7 cops show up at the tow yard and having to shell out $450 to this towing company. To my supprise it still has the H22 in it that it left my drive way with.
no computer, vafc2, battery, headlights, radiator, wheels, radio, intake, axle back exhaust, and some other stuff.
here are the pics. i just put them up on my webshots so you can see more detail.

yeah i know i'm not sure weather to be happy or sad. i'm still debating selling what i have left. i really could use the money and i don't really feel like putting more back into it.
so is anyone interested in a h22 swaped EG with no wheels or anything. i'm going to make sure it still runs and all before i sell it. i may even be interested in parting it out. motor swap would have to go complete

I don't understand why you had to pay $450 to the towing company.
My question to the police is: Why not charge the towing company with receiving stolen property if they did not return the car?
For all anyone knows someone who works there could have stole it. I would get an attorney and pursue that crap.
With so many people winning BS civil cases, I think you have a legitimate case and should fry these clowns. Go after the tow company and the police for not "protecting and serving" you as a civilian who was a victim of a crime that cost you thousands. In these times of financial hardships they should have not allowed another burden to be placed on you.
