Well I had a big issue with FFX county police pulling me over in PWC. The cop said he got authorization from PWC to pull me over for 65 in a 45 at 2am(nobody was on the road and I was using blinkers and such). He pulled me over for speeding, noted my legal tint and noted my exhaust. Total ticket was bout 700 bucks. I went and checked with PWC to see if he had actually called for permission which he didnt, I didnt tell the cop that I got a letter from PWC Police and copies of my inspections and took them to court. The cop spoke first, lieing about everything. Then I took my evidence to the judge and he told me to get out of the court room as the cop was "wasting" his and my time.

from experiance best thing to do since its your first time offense is go take a DRIVER IMPROVEMENT CLASS b4 the court date..cuz if your gonna get a slap on the wrist they will mostlikly tell you to take this.. but if you do it b4 time and tell the judge that your sorry and that your a fuck up. it will most likely get thrown out... THIS is a free ticket out but beware it can only be used once... it got me out of a reckless on a highway. and it got my boy out of a RACING ticket... and it also would help if you were under 18... but seeing that its your first they will be lenient guaranteed... you will have to pay a fine and court fees but no suspended time.. but FFX good luck.... it might work

seee my problem is its not mine i have -11 points already would they at least reduce the fine or somthin? i mite call a lawyer office tomorrow

-12=revoked license or just suspended
even with a lawyer!?!?

Ok. I used a lawyer and took a class. I got it droped to 74 in 55 from 86 in 55 and only 100 dollars of fine. This was in Fairfax co. and I guess I got off pretty easy.

I would say try using Hunter Whitestone at Whitestone, Brent, and Farrel. The office is right across from the Fairfax Court House. Hunter is a really good attorney and I have used him on many occasions, you can throw my name at him, but to be honest with you I dont know that he knows me by my name as apposed to my face. I've gotten of many reckless charges with him, and many of my friends have too. Especially it being your first offense. PM me with details if you need any.
