What are the code sections for these two violations? Do they appear on the ticket?

 

wow.. what a fucking idiot... any cop with a brain should understand that it is not your car, and therefore, would have to be the biggest fuckign asshole in the world for arresting YOU and ticketing YOU for all that shit... he should knnow your story is legit because the car was not registered to you or your address.. if they have proof of him racing, and wanted to give a ticket, also, why didn't they just fuckin go to his house?
