nah.....arlington pigs are pretty chill, they dont even look in your direction if you have an exhaust...unless your speeding or sumpthin really bad....they'll pretty much leave you alone...atleast with my experiences...

 

if you do go in a talk to the police and ask them to be there so if any one is trying to do stupid shit they can inforce the "LAW" and he rest of us can enjoy the cars and not have to worry about all this other bull shit.

 

As mentioned in one of the previous posts in this thread, Fairfax Co. Police will not dispatch one or two units to the meet solely for the purpose of maintaining order unless complaints by people outside of the meet have been made...and then the Police will show up with the objective of breaking up the meet.

 

So just pick another place and if you don't post it all over the world it won't attract so many idiots. Honestly any place that continues to exist for a couple months is going to get too big to control without some kind of organizational control. That means guys that are going to enforce the rules. There is a domestic carshow that go's on at Burger King off Rt28 and 234 that's been there for years. It's controlled though, you CAN get kicked out if you act stupid. It just go's without saying though, really. The only people who want to rev are kids.. All some people have to do is go up in a group and tell them nicely to stop, if they keep doing it go back with a bigger group. I don't feel it is really fair to make 1 or 2 guys responsible for stopping people. No one wants to be the guy telling everyone to stop, the group effort would keep any kind of fighting from starting. They need to be cool about it and not be dicks right away though.

we actually had a lot in fredericksburg that the police let us use... the contract ran out though, all that needs to be done, is for someone to go discuss the issue with the spotsy sherrif's office, and hte people that previously ran it. i am pretty certain if there are enough people dedicated to making it happen, we can get that back. i know it's a bit far for some of you up north, but since it's already been done in the past here, it's a VERY good chance we could get it back. we've had it for years and years.. just stopped because the dude that ran it decided to take a break. anyone could take over where he left off

but then again, a few nights ago i saw 7 cop cars in the bottom level and had 2 people arrested on the ground...i have no idea what that was about...W-L was my old HS, this was around 3am...

 

they were prolly gettin high...lol

rofl.. my friend and I met up to take pictures in the second-from-roof level in the parking garage there one weekday. The sun was setting so we decided to go up to the top, I go first (I don't usually.. but I didn't want to miss the pictures..) come around the turn, and BAM, right in front of me (on the ramp section going up to the roof) there were two FFX county cop cars parked next to eachother talking. The ENTIRE garage was empty and I managed to find them right there.. what the hell were the odds? So yeah I'm sure he was a little weirded out too.. they left eventually (stayed there forever after we went up there, we were basically stuck.)

Nice to know where they hide while getting paid, there was absolutely 0 law enforcement they would have been able to do from that location. They couldn't watch/hear anything except themselves.
