BMW guy thinks he can be the mommy of the Meet and everyone bitchen at each other for it. The reason we DONT want all of us to to come to the DRAG VA meet " yea the one that had like 20 cars last time" Is because We like are Nissan's more then riced out little honda's or everything else. plus this is not just a DRAG VA nissan meet. Were on a bunch of other Threads about this meet. yea you know Shiftva.com Drag va.com Midatalantic240sx.com and a few 350z and 300zx forums. As for 'Shift_gayness" <---- that was one of the gayiest things i have EVER herd. Now... Please come down with ur "Drag va security shirt" On and make sure to post a bunch of signs telling people what to do and how they should act. Dont forget the last part and dont forget to call the fairfax police and make sure they know we will be meeting there "and show EVERYONE what a DICK You just sounded like and prove everyone right so we can all see how much we like you" Now... if ur wanna be cool about it and let us do are meets as you do yours then theres no problems but why come on here and try to make are meet sound shitty when all were doing is trying to see the cars WE like "Nissan" "Not riced honda's or neons, or ect...."

Yep, basically you are but as I said in the other thread, I've been to meets that happened every friday like clockwork and were very civilized, till things started to change, different groups started to show up at different times, and guess what? After over a year of perfect meets, we had another normal BMW meet and security came up to us and told us that if we didn't leave in 5 minutes the cops would be there, and they would be writing down plates for being on private property.
I don't care what you say, fairfax county cops are gay and I don't think we should draw more attention to the location then we have to, I don't think that's a very complicated concept. The owner knows exactly what's going on with the first friday meets.. he's cool with it and can keep in under control, I'd start getting a little touchy if I looked outside and saw more random meets at random times that I didn't know about, my first thought would be "great I went out on a limb and now it's spinning out of control."
Don't give me this shit about you all being good and getting away from the ricers so you can have your nice calm meets or whatever, I heard IN PERSON before I even went to the forums, that the last meet was insane and drew attention from the cops right away because people were doing STUPID crap.

The security thing was a joke, go into the other thread and look at the pictures other people posted of the shirts, wasn't my idea so stop bitching about it.
ON THE OTHER HAND as long as people do stupid crap, something has to change.

ps this has NOTHING AT ALL to do with what car I drive, I'd say the exact same shit if I drove a Civic, OR a Nissan for that matter. If your cars are so much better compared to the "rice" you'd think that would make you all the more eager to go to the legit dragva meets and stand out, right?

 

EEK- the reason NISSAN is becoming "the new flavor or rice" is because ur fuckin honda people realized that Front wheel drive SUX when you only have "One tire fire" plus ALOT of you honda people dont wanna deal with the hassle of making a honda fast by putting some boost on the motor and doing it right!. So insted they would rather save them selfs some money by buying a 240 s13 body and doing a motor swap that already is setup for turbo and just having the fact of having RWD makes it that much more fun. Now with drifting involved EVERYONE thinks there cool by getting "side ways" yes ill be the first to admit its fun.. BUT VERY COSTLY just kills tires. and most of the time if you do it on the street you look like a total jack ass because you think ur "drifting" when really your about to wreck your car cuz you have NO idea what the fuck your doing.

Yes i admit some meets get out of hand, But when you deal with jack ass's with NO MATTER what kind of car you drive, nissan,bmw,honda,toyota,ford,chevy ect... THERE IS ALWAYS GONNA BE SOME FUCKING JACK ASS who thinks he is cool by doing a burn out "like my dumb ass did in the very first drag va meet" Yes i learned my lesson as will other people when they start either getting ragged on or having a set of hand cuffs on. Either way We going to have a JUST NISSAN meet because thats all we care about. Sorry if bothers u but u shouldent let lil shit bother u that much.

I think what he's trying to say is that instead of having specific make and model meets we should just have everyone. Things are a lot less likely to get out of hand if everyone there actually CARES about being able to hold meets there again. The problem with people holding extra meets in a spot that ONLY dragva is allowed to use, is if people fuck up (yes any type of people) we won't be allowed back.

 

I'm glad someone understands, this is even more true when other forums start to get involved like you said - I doubt everyone knows what the deal is with this location or how it came to be. If they think it's just a one-off (or 2) meet for Nissans they aren't going to give 2 shits, and will probably continue teh gayness.

I really havent seen any ricey 240sx around here. Most of them are just ugly and beat up because their drift cars. I dont know if thats what you refer to ricey but, You show me a ricey one with a ugly full body kit and spinners around here.

 

I think he's referring to the fact that the 240 has replaced the Civic as the "bandwagon car" of "the scene".

The less-knowledgable, sometimes referred to as "ricers" have all now since hopped on that wagon..
