Need my d16z6 block rethreaded
i am in need of a shop that can repair the head bolt threads in my D16z6 block. i am in the middle of a rebuild and went to torque the head down with arp head studs and the middle hole on the intake side pulled the threads right up before getting to 2nd torque spec. i need a shop in the fredericksburg or king george va areas, or even laplata or waldorf md areas. please call or text(fastest) Matt 4102008103

Yeah man, you'd think there would be stickied threads on this forum like Official Shop List - NOVA or BEFORE YOU POST: "I need xxx work done" READ READ READ
One of these days they may get it right though, until then, keep posting your inane questions that could never be answered on google.

may want to look into that. Don't even need to remove the block from he car, it's stronger than the block was originally, and it's EASY! Mine's still going strong and I beat the piss out of it like a runaway slave.

That's one option I was looking at but was looking for a shop that someone has used to do this or if they have the kit to diy...anyother option I found was getting the hole welded up and redrilled but can't find any shops that will do it that way
