I never said I was unhappy with my Si. I actually love that car. I'm actually fairly certain that my 93 Si will show your car it's tail lights.... You see, instead of making up numbers (200hp, 160 tq), I actually dyno test my car before and after each modification. However, even a GSR will give YOUR prelude a run for it's money. The CRX I used to own made more horsepower than your prelude, and I only had 5K in the WHOLE CAR. The body was straight, it got decent gas mileage, and handled well enough to take 2nd place in the Solo II point last year for Street Mod 2... In case you didn't know, this is the same class that modified Z02s, supercharged M-coupes, and third gen RX-7s play in... Did I have to do a swap? yes. Did I spend less money on my car than you did? yes. Christ, I own a prelude, but I also know that with a very small investment, I can buy a CRV (I didn't mis-spell, I meant the little SUV), throw a VTEC head on it, and STILL WHOOP YOUR ASS IN A STRAIGHT LINE. All for less than you spent on your quelude...

Making up numbers huh? hows saying 200 and 160 is making up numbers, i never said to the wheels...you enjoy jumping to conclusions huh, your coworkers must find you a charm to work around (just thought i'd jump to one for once). A200/160 is honda rated, like saying 160/160 to your prelude Si. Like i said, you have no clue what i spend on the work done to my car. go ahead and do your b20 swap, i could personally care less if you zip by me in your crx or civic, what ever your gonna put it in, the idea of driving a crx/civic isn't appealing to me. Back to the origional question, so just like hes ragging preludes, the idea of driving a civic/crx just isn't appealing to me. MY OPINION

 

Sorry, I play in the REAL world. Fly wheel hp? I don't think so... "factory rated" hp numbers don't mean shit. You're just pissed off because you have no argument for anything I've said. Come on dude, with the way you're responding to me, I doubt that YOU have any idea what's done to your car.

So now you're telling me i have no clue whats done to my car, considering i baught it as a Si back in 99 completly stock and still automatic? you got some balls, and to tell you the truth, this whole argument from your standpoint doesn't make any sense, but keep telling yourself your a better man for it.

I wasn't raggin on Preludes, I would just rather have an ITR any day of the week and twice on Sunday. I've driven many preludes and I am not impressed unless you've got a slug under the hood. They are heavy underpowered overpriced cars, IMHO. For the price of a prelude, one could build a crx/eg/ek that would romp most cars on the road. Yes I drive a civic, no it doesn't have luxuries like power doors, power mirrors, A/C or cruise control. You know what? I would rather have it that way because that is one less mechanical issue I have to worry about if it broke.

Take my statement however you wanna take it. I was merely giving my boy suggestions on what car to get. Obviously, he doesn't want a prelude or your prelude...or he would have responded to your 2 posts about your car being for sale.

P.S. Any civic in my crew would walk that prelude.....and the teal one would just flat out embarass your ass.
