ok my friend got a reckless around may and got on probation for her license i

guess... thats what she keeps saying probation so im assuming its on her

license... but anyways.. she got a speeding ticket last night 57/40. shes

prepaying it, but what happens with that probation matter she has? she still on

it until may i think so.... what would happend if anyone has any experience with

this? she got the reckless when she was 17 if that matters, shes now 18.

LOL I was in the same situation a long while ago but I got 6 months probation and when that is done I would go on a 18-month control period. If I got a ticket during the 6-month prob i would have my license suspended for a year and if I got a ticket during the 18-month control period i go back to 6-month until I stay clean for 2 years straight. It sucked and I was paranoid all the time. But to make a short story short she may have her license suspended for may be 3-6 months.

 

If she's on the probation period right now, she's gonna lose her license if she's found guilty or pre-pays....

Tell her to get an attorney and have the attorney continue the hell out of it until the court date is beyond the six month probation period.

 

The court date doesn't matter, it's the date of the offense....
