I have a walk-out basement with smooth concrete that I need Berber installed. Simple glue-down installation (no padding), two seams each less than 6' and 11 straight stair treads with no intermediate landing. 70 total linear feet, carpet is 15' width but widest section is only 10'2". Already purchased the carpet. Carpet will have to be cut. No baseboards installed yet, so should be rather easy.

Location is west of Baltimore, south of Owings Mills.
