jason check out, any of the lloyd Irvin schools, he is actually one of the guys that brandon the truth vera trains with before matches. i actually meet brandon a few times. thier main building is in MD located in camp springs. i used to go there before gas prices went sky high. the classes are great for beginnners working on your skills and focus more on that and less actuall fighting or sparing in both bjj, no gi jj, and muy thai, or mma classes. they also have two other branches here in va that i loved, and are alot more harder, with 1 hour sparing sessions, and more physical contact. they are the leo dalla school. leo dalla is actually lloyds old teacher, and focuses more on BJJ. he is located in Skyline Sport & Health Club 5115 Leesburg Pike Falls Church, VA 22041 on tuesdays and thursday and sat. then there is Team Lloyd Irvin Martial Arts & Fitness Arlington, VA, which are also more contact then the md one. but this one has muy thai and bjj and no gi jj. if you still have my # hit me up and ill tell you more about it. i stoped going to them just because of school and work, but im trying to go back to it. they are expensive classes though around the $150 and up.
