3lbs god damn. If hes charged with intent to sell, which im sure he is, hes going to be in for a long time. Posession really isn't that big of a deal anymore (slap on the wrist), but 3lbs and selling. Damn.

Whitestone is my neighbor, and go figure rich white kid in fairfax dealing. I hate the area where I used to live. NOVA is great for some stuff but man, most of the kids coming out of there are one of three things 1. really super smart 5% 2. Really messed the fuck up 5% 3. 1 and 2 90%

possesion with intent to distribute which is what he would have for that amount is a felony and in the commonwealth of virginia you must serve 85% of that time. he will not get work release where he can leave the jail because of it being a distribution charge. he will however be able to be a trustee after 30 days as long as he doesn't have any problems. he actually didn't do to bad considering fairfax is known for trying to make examples of people. his best course of action for an appeal would be to beg for an outrageous amount of comminuty service in exchange for a witheld finding which will keep it off his record as long as he doesn't screw it up.

good luck man. that shit sucks.

10 months is 300 days
so 85% is 255 days.

he should be looking at the beginning of may right now.
