You were going under 90, so I doubt they will give you any jail time. Take a lawyer, you will not get a lesser sentence or get it dropped, but the lawyer will help with the amount of fines, and type of suspension.

or you can continue the case once, then if you're found guilty & dont like the sentence in General District Court, appeal the case to circuit court, i did that once, circuit court only wanted a $200/fine ...i guess they like cash better

Dude don't get a lawyer. Just go in humbly and admit to your mistake. 3 months suspension and a fine 100-200 bux is what your looking at. If you get a lawyer your still going to pay, also it depends on what your previous record is like.

Get a lawyer. You won't get jail b/c ur going under 90. You may luck out and get no license suspension as well (when I was looking at court cases this time last year for my 90/55 Reckless anybody doing under 90 didn't get license suspension with a lawyer). Get a lawyer, take driver improvement classes, and an aggressive driver class. Do all of that and you may just get fined with no suspension.
