I got reckless driving ticket on I-66...I was doing 89/55....Pls help me find a lawyer who would help me to drop my charge. Im hoping to get away for just paying the ticket and court fee.

 

Hah, not if FFX county, you'll get 6pts, sus. license, and if your real lucky 10days in jail. Trust me, I have had 21 tickets and currently have -16pts, and that's with a driver improvement class. FFX just wants your money so they can finish the new court house. And if you get jail time, I hope you like bologna, its what's for lunch every day, but the swirl cakes are the best.

 

I got a 84/60 on i66, take it like a man.

 

i got a ticket in FFX for racing on a highway and reckless, bad idea i know... not gonna even try to explain. But i right away took the driving calsses that they will make you take anyway, there were two classes one to remove points and the other for wreckless, and sure enough when i went to court the judge thought that i had done good, and asked the cop if he thought i should get my liscence taken away and thrown in jail for a bit, cop said no, i paid and never looked back. So my advice is take the classes. SOON.

No way in hell you're charge get dropped. I got 97/55 on 66. He said he got me on radar...which is BS bc I have a radar detector. It was my major offense. Just bc I was driving a hooked up car...I got targeted. I was only doing 72mph. I went to court with a lawyer and had sentenced 10 days in jail and 6 months no restriction license suspension. Then i appealed it and got the same thing. And I also took the driving course and i had a -1 points on my driving record.

I did the weekend jail thing so I can still work during the weekday.

After all that happen...I pretty much don't speed anymore.

I was on my way home from Tysons at 12 midnight and there were still a lot of cars and they were driving fast too.

Sorry but you aint getting away with this. OH yeah expect to pay over $1k for fees.

 

Hahahah, do get a lawyer, but that might only buy you out of either suspension or the jail time. If it was any other county...

i had 94/60 on 66. no lawyer, 6mo suspension, a crapload of fees, and an overnight in jail. and i got off extremely light.
