I have looked it up, I can pay to have it done, but as an Engineer I like to do things myself. I also think I could easily do this, and probably do it right, but understand that if I don't do it right I will grenade the motor. Ideally I just want someone to check my work.

I would hope you wouldn't think some joe blow is going to give you his time for free with out compensation. Hell even good friends helping out require a case of beer or a reach around.

Plus you have no tools, so now I have to bring my own tools as well?


If you cough up some money you may get some help, since you have multiple cars, you can afford to pay for a timing belt.

Not that I don't have tools, I don't have an impact gun etc. or tq wrenches, i have everything else i'd need. And can provide beer etc. Like I said, I was just posting up to see if I could get any help, but so far the responses have been entertaining.
