Just spoke to them and they only do press bending, which will mean my 3" system will flow like a 2 1/4" system.

The other thing is that most of these shops only seem to carry aluminized tubing.

I think that I'm going to find some SS mandrel bent tubes and try to piece together my own system.

are you boosted? why dont you just run an exit valve

I'm not a big fan of cutoff valves, plus I have a 3" partial downpipe coming off my turbo. I want a 3" in. system that flows, looks OEM, and is relatively quite even at wide open throttle.

Insane racing have SS pipings. They also have mandrel bent pre fab pipes that they can weld up a mandrel system for you. They just don't have mandrel bend machine on site. The closest place I know that has mandrel bending machine on site is in NJ.

there is a place in woodbridge/lakeridge called AA Speed. they can do your exhaust. they did mine on my mr2 and i have 2.5" exhaust, in which they had to mand. bend a 180 deg. turn. they did my friends 3.5" exhaust and it turned out nice.
