I know back in home in thailand and japan i used to be able to Rebuild my coilovers after the shocks blow. Do they have any in this area or does this sound really wierd lol. Because im I have a set of HKS coilovers worth almost 2 gs and i need to fix 1. Same with my JIC magics. BLAH

only a few companies how USA places to rebuild coilovers...i donno if HKS does, i'm pretty sure JIC does though...u gotta mail it...they havent gotten enough stuff around here to have local shops that will do it as far as i know

Call HKS USA and find out where you can send it to be rebuilt. If you just need the shocks revalved, it shouldn't be that bad.
