I have not had a problem with Noyan USA I have been dealing with them for 4 years now. I have got about 50-60 motors from them in the past. I do motor swap on the side and they have always given me great prices and always willing to work with me with parts.

I hope im not too late but have you checked out their warrenty? It clearly states they dont cover you when one of the sensors go out. http://www.noyanusa.com/usedenginewarranty.html

ecu issue...

I know when it comes to Z's it dosent matter when you have a auto or stick. ONLY if u get a stick ecu when you drive a auto car will it not work. If you drive a stick and have a auto ecu it should still be ok.
