did they ban it from the clubs and restraunts,for the start of 07?

i dont think so. I beleive it was just for maryland. It hasnt been on the news yet either.

Smoking banned in the district starting Jan 2007. It was inevitable though, this is just not a country for smokers anymore. I'm glad I already quit.
