Of course if there's no traffic it'd take around 15-20 minutes but this is rush hour traffic moriar
40 mins to Tysons during the morning rush from Burke?? You gotta know backroads to do that. FFX County Parkway backs up heading north in the morning to 66 because of the Fair Lakes traffic lights. 123 backs up in the morning if you are thinking of cutting thru Fairfax. Unless you are doing HOV, it can take an hour to get from FFX County Parkway to 495 on I-66. Then there is the backup from 495 to get onto Route 7 into Tysons Corner.
i also figure between 40-60 min. depending on traffic that day. but all bets are off on those times if there is an accident somewhere along that route.

...also, think about how many fuckin accidents there r in the morning, almost everyday there are lanes blocked off on 1 or 2 major roads, from accidents and random roadwork/construction zones
