Anyone looking for a place?
Hey
I have a 2br/2ba apt in Ashburn that will be up for rent in the next two weeks. I have to relocate for my job and I am moving down to VA Beach. The only problem is that my lease is until June. So what would have to happen is you would have to sign a 3,6, or 12 month lease with the apt complex. The rent comes to $1099 a month. The deposit is only $400 because that is what I put down. It is a bottom level place so no surrounding neighbors but only one above. It is 1001 sq. ft. It has two seperated bedrooms meaning they are not next to each other. The master has a walk in closet with full shower. The other bedroom has a standard closet with full shower. It also has a built in washer/dryer with all kitchen amenties. It has storage on the porch area. If you sign a lease with them, they also replace the carpet with new carpet and redo the countertops. I am really looking to get this off my hands instead of having to pay to get out.
Thanks,
Najib

Bump! Come on guys! I really dont look forward to paying $2400 to get out. I know someone out there is looking for a place. Its great for those that want to have a roommate.
I dont know if ForcedFed meant in the sense that you can only make a certain amount. I know there are apt complexs that say you cannot make over a certain amount and I took it in that sense. I will say though, 95% of apt complexs require 3 times the gross income to rent a place so I guess in tecnicality, you are correct with income restriction in that sense.
