I got pulled over by marked FFX Co. Bentley on 66. It had lights, decals and was rolling on 22's. I mean wtf? This thing was all blinged out, down to the strobes in the spokes yO! It didn't take me long to realize, oh yeah....this is FFX County, thats where all our tax $$ go.

I saw the blue mustang yesterday morning (saturday), he pulled somebody over by the centerville exit heading towards DC. It was a black civic btw, maybe it was one of you guys

that doesn't sound like an undercover car to me, if it has police graphics on the side, and a light bar on the roof..

the strobes in the grille and everything, yes, but I would imagine that's either a marked police car or a show car judging by what you described.

I'm scared to come up North/East now, guys. Fuck. We've got unmarked cars here, but it sounds like they've got EVERYTHING unmarked up there. There are only a few different style cars here to watch out for.
