eh we been seeing the dsm since like 01..its silver with bov dropped and exhaust, try to get my boy to race he didnt, saw him down the street a couple miles later with someone pulled over

 

isn't that entrapment if he races you and then tickets you for it?

he didnt try to race..he just pulled up and the car happen to blow off..he didnt edge us on or nothing..so it wouldnt have been entrapment

 

entrapment is a very vague law that would almost always go in the favor of the police...it has to be very specific. Specific like, the cop has to speak to you face to face and say, "hey let's race" and someone would probably need an audio recording at least, where he identifies himself as well. If he jsut revs at the light, he dosent necessarily want to race...i've had to rev at lights before cuz of idle problems, and people thought i was revving at them.

 

I noticed though the undercovers always still have lights like that Blue Stang. He has it hidden but still visible. If you got good eyes then your straight.
