shaminii: i know the rules part is childish but isn't it childish to be doing 25 mph through a parking garage loaded wiht people and sliding around the corners alomst hitting people. If people can act like adults and behave there would have been no cops there and the thing about making up rules would not be nessecary. The only reason that one lady cop came is because they had recieved complaints from people shopping there who said that there were cars speeding through the garage and being wreckless.
