2001 VR6 Jetta 5spd manual - needs work. Fairfax va - open to trades

2001 Jetta
VR6
manual 5spd trans
cloth interior
MODS: short shifter, exhaust, intake, headlights, grill, wheels (ariettas in perfect shape)
RECENT WORK:
Tie rod, control arms, shocks/struts, BRAND NEW tires (less than 200 miles) and a bunch more I can't remember.
ISSUES:
-leaks antifreeze quickly (suspected crack pipe) rendering it un-drivable (I will start and let you hear it run for 20 seconds)
-Typical MK4 interior - arm rest lid missing, but glove box door is good
-rock chips up front on hood
-been sitting a while (sine July) so changing fluids is recommended and maybe turning rotors
-parking brake works but feels weak on a hill
