updated initial post. The first issue to tackle is the key that I have needs to be programmed or the ECU needs to be changed.
Then you will know if there is an engine issue or not...i don't know either way.

Just some info for perspective buyers. You cannot get the key programmed. You have to get a new immobilizer and keys. http://www.hondapartsnow.com/genuine...9-S30-A02.html. Theres a link to a new one. Just some helpful info. Deff not a bad deal! Glws

why dont you just get a chipped p28 or something in that nature? then you can use the key you made and not worry about the stock ecu problem
