new videoi let it get up to 20mph , then got on it . i posted then video to show how the paddle shifters worked. the car is faster in automatic mode obviously but its alot more fun to shift manually.

137k on both . Runs great . New timing belt, water pump, valves and seals. All done at 134k when the turbo was installed. 137k isnt much on a Toyota engine. I've seen many IS300s with 200k and 300k miles with just routine maintanance .

the auto tranny can handle around 400-450 with a valve body upgrade and a tranny cooler. right now i have a toyomoto valve body upgrade whhich makes the tranny good for around 420rwhp. plenty of guys run their stock tranny with no upgrades for years at 400rwhp plus and have no issues. but i didnt want to risk it. the tranny shifts fine. the upgraded valve body causes faster firmer shifts. the tranny can handle the power it currently has. for daily driving its no extra pressure on the tranny but yea if i was boosting and beating on my car everyday im sure eventually something would break. SRT and Boostlogic can build the tranny for like 1000 so it can handle 550rwhp and beyond. but im thinking about just keeping the car because i bought it for 7k and have put 10k into it . im pretty close to deleting this ad and continue my build slowly.
