Default Modded 2003 WRX Stg. 4 (18G, Coilovers, BBK) Roanoke, VA

Up forsale is my 2003 Subaru WRX (PSM). It currently has 64k miles and is in great shape, inside and out. I'm the second owner, no accidents or paint repair work, CLEAN title. All maintenance has been performed up to the Subaru 60k mile tune/maintenance recommendation. This car is extremely fun, and very reliable, it has not been overbuilt because daily driving reliability is very important to me.

All the turning work has been done professionally by AR Fabrication in Winchester, Va. The performance parts were installed by V&V motorsports in SW, VA. The 18G turbo, along with several other parts have been installed very recently (~5000 miles ago) and all work flawlessly. There are absolutely no issues with this motor, nor with the other performance parts on this car. Keep in mind this car is fully performance oriented - and it does its job well . The only reason I've considered selling is due to the fact I purchased an S4 to replace this. The 18G turbo pulls very hard (especially on the 18-20psi tune) and with all the supporting mods I have on it, it layed down 300.86awhp @ 20.83psi. Ride-height adjustable coilovers - the big 4 pot 13.5" front brakes with the 11.5" rears stop you on a dime. Mobile 1 syn. has been run in the motor since day one - changed every 4k miles. I have made sure not to beat this car - never dragged, never tracked, only driven around town - sad I know.

The only exterior issues with this car are a few dings on the sides (from peoples car doors) and a couple on the rear (pictured)
Interior wise, the car is in great condition. The only thing that bugs me is the CEL is on because of the straight exhaust - no cats, so the O2s have sensed it and thrown a code.

Located in Roanoke, Virginia.

At 59000 miles:
Flushed coolant
Transmission fluid (syn.)
Differential fluid (syn.)
At 60,500:
NGK one step colder plugs

I have all the receipts to the Dyno Tuning that was performed by AR Fab - the total was about $1900 (computer+tuning time).
A few months (~1000 miles) ago the car went in the shop to be completely looked over. We had the motor pulled up, all fluids changed, brand new MAF, valve cover gaskets replaced, all exhaust (headers, uppipe to turbo, turbo to DP, DP to catback) gaskets were replaced. Fuel and vacuum lines were gone over, turbo was removed and inspected (everything was perfect), etc. We did all this then took it up to be dyno tuned, so now everything is back together and in tip top shape/running condition. This shop visit alone was over $1500 in labor, I have all the receipts for that as well.

Thanks, I appreciate it. It is really clean, I have made sure to never allow dirt to build up on it or anything else for that matter.
