-I am selling my 2000 Kia Sephia, the car is in decent condition, It has a couple of dings nothing out of the ordinary for a Kia or an 8 year old car, I would rate the outside an 8 of 10. The inside has been smoked in, the interior does need some work after a good wash the interior will be fine, for now I would rate it a 6 of 10. Seats have no rips or tears.
