Black NA for while NA Miata

2 years ago I got my wife a Black and Tan '94 for an anniversary present and although she likes the car, everytime we see a white NA she comments about one. At this point we are looking to trade her B&T '94 for a White C-package NA. Her car is in great shape with an NB tan top w/ 145k on it. I'm looking for as straight a trade as possible.
