Default Ultrashield Spec Miata 17" seat with black cover

I've got a 17" Ultrashield Spec Miata seat with black cover for sale. I used the seat for a month or two while I had my last Miata. The seat is in excellent condition - like new. I'd like to get $200 for the seat. The seat will need to be picked up near Richmond or shipping will be additional. No trades.

It was purchased from SafeRacer:

Please post here or send me a PM if you're interested. Thanks!

What additional parts, if any, are needed to put this into a 1990 Miata?

There are a couple ways to mount this seat in a '90 Miata.

One way:
-Mount the seat directly to the floor. Get it positioned where you want it, then use the OEM rear seat bolts and bolt it down to the floor. Then make a brace for the upright section of the seat that mounts between the seat and the rear firewall (easy to do - I mocked it up using a section of yellow pages!), drill 2 holes through the rear firewall and seat, and bolt the rear seat to the firewall and through the brace. *This way is great for getting the most headroom*

Another way:
-Mount the seat to the OEM seat sliders. Bolt the seat into the car using the sliders.
