Trade for a 95 accord fully loaded 4 banger??

Leather interior, power everything, etc.

Bads:
-Door lock actuator is starting to make noise
-Needs rotors and pads (I have the pads)
-Driver side seat tear
-One wheel is bent (so a little vibration at low speeds, but nothing serious, took it to my friends shop and everything is good as he balanced it and all)
