The springs are progressive rate and lower the car 1" - 1.5", actually I think it's the Eibach pro kit not H&R (I'll correct my forsale post). Also, there's also a corksport strut tower bar on the front. The car has a firmer ride than stock but, it's nothing close to bone jarring coilovers. It's a good compromise for the street. Some MP3 or mazdaspeed struts would compliment the springs nicely for additional dampening but, I never got around to ordering a set.

Good luck with your sale. I'm not in a huge hurry to sell but, I'm welcoming offers.
