If i can be completely honest here. You need to look at it like you're just selling the engine.
Yes, the car runs, but honestly the shell isn't worth more than a couple hundred, if that since it's in such poor shape. The engine set is maybe worth 1,800-2,200. There are no redeeming mods to speak of, so figure $2,400 would be a fair price for the condition.
I'm just being honest, if you really want to sell it price it accordingly.

well thanks for your 2 cents...now let me put them where they matter...oh yeah,...no where :P I understand what your saying, but did you factor in most people pay to have the swap done? Not MANY people...well, a few, have the kinda time to put into doing an engine swap...more so when everyone that DID want this car...9 out of 10...had 1 car they were selling or NO car...meaing, they couldnt deal with the down time of someone a putting the engine in, or b...doing it them selves. But its fine, i do see where your coming from. Just think its more than one side to the coin. Your also not factoring in...the headlights, bumper, and fenders...which all the body work is done on to a perfect T that can only be found on the 1960s muscle car restorations ive done
Its fine...ive been doing body work for years...whats a few weekends going to kill me right?so...im keeping the car. Next time...if there is a next time...the car will be relisted...it will have been painted, dropped, new mani, exhaust,IC,bov, and tuned to a mild 275 for DD. Thanks for all the interest guys...

ok that guy was a dumb ass those swaps go for 2200-2600 all day then factor in the time and money to put it in and wiring not easy plus new bumper fenders and yeah the body needs some work but like you said not that hard were restoring my friends 240 right now little work here and there like once a weekend when theres time it will look good he paid 700 for his shell so i think its well worth the price and sorry you dident have any luck with it but if you ever want to sell it and i get some money from my cars or find you a car to trade ill hit you up man thats if your still interested
