why was it salvaged/rebuilt? it was 70% of value to be salvaged...what all was replaced?

I replaced the front bumper, headlights, fenders, rear bumper, passenger door, airbag, and tires. The seatbelts were replaced with harnesses. Then minor parts were replaced from people picking them from the junkyard(shift knob, console with glove box). Headlights alone were $1200. I have all the receipts down to every last nut and bolt. Also, I am able to carry full comprehensive and collision with my insurance company.

if it doesnt have the oem seatbelts in it then how is the srs system working? since the oem seatbelts have load tensioners and are part of the srs system?

was it wrecked or a stolen/recovery?
