Changed some settings, and the test emails are going out fine so let me know if these still aren't working.

Maybe its just me, but firefox alerted me when I logged on tonight that the website did not supply ownership information and that the site cannot be verified. Another issue I have encountered was that the rep bar has disappeared on my screen and has instead been replaced by multiple copies of the same text. For example, looking at Fabrik's post, it says that "Fabrik8 reps 4 lyfe" about ten times below his name. Overall, it seems really odd and buggy to me, but maybe this is the norm after a large update like the one we just had.
Edit: The second issue has seemed to resolve itself, maybe it was just my browser. I'm still continuing to get alerts about ownership information

Was a bad configuration for the web server on my part 
Either a hard-refresh or clearing your cache should get rid of the various security related errors.
