time an hour off?

Default time an hour off?

My time is always an hour off on the time of posting and shit. I've changed it to all the different setting and it wont change. WTF is wrong???

Do you scroll to the bottom of the page to Apply the new changes or do you just change the bar of time and then go back to user cp or a thread?

Also if you do not hit the refresh button after you apply the settings you will not notice many of them. Much like changing an avatar or a sig, I almost always must refresh or close and re open the page after a change is made.
