Use it. With the amount of posts on this board, it's impossible for us to read through every single post made. That feature is there for the members to help us do our job more thoroughly.

ha. You spend enough time on the interweb at work.

 

There are soo many for sale threads that break the rules it's exhausting trying to keep up. Fun pissing people off who can't follow the rules though.

Keep reporting them though, most reported posts are dealt within about an hour max, no matter the time of day.

 

Why don't you do a quick search and see when the majority of my posts are. It usually isn't the hours between 8-5. I'm not saying that I'm never online during the day, but the majority of the time I'm on is at night. If you re-read my post I said "during the day" since Merf made the thread @ 1:21PM and we've already gone over the fact that a lot of our jobs don't entail us being on the computer hence not all the mods are on during these hours.

tbh I dont know why SBO should be moderated at all. It should be the one forum where anything goes.

 

But there are rules that need to be followed. It is by far the most used forum though, so reporting posts is a HUGE help.

 

If pictures was your only problem with this thread then they did not break the rules
Says pictures is a good idea, but not required. I did not see the thread because Chad removed it, so im going to assume something else was wrong with it as well. But having no pictures by itself is not breaking the rules.


I have sent many IMs to John about For Sale threads that were breaking the rules. Hell i have caught some Moderators breaking the rules in the For Sale section. I have also seen threads in the For Sale section that dont follow the rules and moderators have posted in the thread and said/done nothing about it.

It doesnt bother me too much, just gives me the chance to be a dick to people.
