I cant set an Avatar...
When i go to my User CP and Click "Edit Avatar" there is nothing there except for the option to NOT use one. I click "Reset Fields" and it does nothing....
but there is no place in there to select my own Avatar...

Edit Avatar in the USER CP should give you the option of choosing a URL or uploading a file.
You need to edit your sig image, 358k is entirely too big, as well as larger than 468x60.
