Miata 1.6L pro built head
Name: Scott
Location: Waynesboro
Means of contact: five-four-zero-six-four-nine-one-three-five-nine
Price: $ 800
Description:
Miata 1.6L East Street pro built head, built by SCCA Runoffs Spec Miata champion Jim Drago. Only 12 hours. I purchased it this summer for an engine build but have decided to go another direction.
Here is what is done when rebuilding a legal SM head:
Clean head
Mill head to Mazda factory compression ratios
Check valves & replace as necessary
Reseat valves to factory angles
Check cams for maximum tolerance
Inspect valve springs and replace as needed
Valve seal replacement
